This was a fine stay for business trip. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed staying at the economy twin room. The location of the hotel was good - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Hamamatsu Castle Park. Furthermore, close to the station. We booked it before and recommend it to everyone.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the hotel's location was convenient, close to transportation, shopping areas, and historic sites.

The bed with feather pillows was comfortable and the room itself was fairly quiet and cozy. The room had a refrigerator, a work desk, and a couch bed plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The free happy hour drink, free curry rice, and amazing selection of foods in the breakfast buffet were absolutely mind-blowing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting me with an early check-in. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. The room was spotlessly clean with daily fresh sheets and towels, and they even provided a new toothbrush and shaver every day. The staff went above and beyond, lending me an umbrella when it rained. a super stay with jaw-dropping amenities and excellent service!

The staff were amazing! So helpful and hospitable. The happy hour every evening with a free drink was a bonus. We also loved the breakfast which offered a wide variety of both western and Japanese options. The location was key, being so close to the station and also close to the castle, made it easy for us to explore the city.

The room was quite small, the bathroom even smaller! We found it a bit cramped, but it didn't detract too much from our experience.
